Charlie Caher Appointed to the ICC UK Arbitration and ADR Committee
The Committee provides a forum for UK business in shaping the ICC’s arbitration and alternative dispute resolution rules (ADR), while also promoting arbitration and ADR as mechanisms for dispute resolution and overseeing nominations of UK arbitrators to the International Court of Arbitration.
Charlie Caher is a partner in the international arbitration practice at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. He has represented clients in numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under all major arbitral institutions, and in most major civil and common law jurisdictions. His practice covers a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on construction, energy, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and aerospace. Mr. Caher has gained his Higher Rights of Audience and is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings).
