WilmerHale Represents Casa Systems in Initial Public Offering

On December 19, 2017,  Casa Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CASA), a provider of software-centric solutions for next-generation distributed and virtualized architectures in cable operator, fixed telecom and wireless networks, closed its initial public offering of 6,900,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, for gross proceeds to Casa of $89.7 million. Casa's shares began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 15, 2017.

Mick Bain and David Westenberg led the WilmerHale team in representing Casa in this transaction, which included Jeffries Oliver-Li and Todd Rosenthal.
