WilmerHale represented Dedrone—an automated, software-based drone detection platform—in raising $10 million in Series A Funding.

"We will use the fresh capital to accelerate the advancement and sophistication of our drone detection technology and to expand our sales and marketing teams," said Dedrone CEO and Co-Founder Jörg Lamprecht. “This funding allows us to strengthen our leadership in this emerging market.”

The WilmerHale team on the transaction was led by Partner Daniel Zimmermann and included Partner Bill Caporizzo and Associates Scott Schwertscharf and Nimish Sheth.
