WilmerHale Expands Denver Office to Accommodate Client Growth

Firm News

Today WilmerHale announced that it has relocated to a new, larger office in the Seventeenth Street Plaza building in downtown Denver. The relocation coincides with strong client growth and the addition of some of the region's most respected attorneys. To celebrate, the firm will hold an open house to introduce the new office and acknowledge the leadership of recently announced co-partners in charge Natalie Hanlon Leh and Andy Spielman.

“We opened the first Denver office of WilmerHale two years ago with a vision of offering Colorado and Rocky Mountain region clients access to some of the nation's most talented and experienced legal professionals in the areas of natural resources, complex government and internal investigations, and intellectual property litigation,” said Ms. Hanlon Leh. “Today, I'm proud to say that we have seen that vision become a reality, and that we call many of Colorado's most prominent companies clients.”

WilmerHale's new Denver office is on the 26th floor of the Seventeenth Street Plaza building in downtown Denver, and it has sweeping views of the Continental Divide from Pikes Peak in El Paso County to Longs Peak in Boulder County. It is 15,306 square feet, more than tripling the firm's original 4,392 square-foot office. The office was designed by Denver-based architecture and interior design firm BURKETTDESIGN, and it integrates warm, human-centric materials such as back-painted glass and beetle-kill pine to create a clean, simple, open space that facilitates both collaboration and independent work.

“We're excited to introduce our new office to our clients and friends because it is an expression of who we are,” said Mr. Spielman. “It is an authentically Colorado office that empowers our lawyers and legal staff to perform at the highest levels while also reflecting the beautiful vistas and natural materials that make our state unique. Like Colorado, our office is one of a kind.”
