WilmerHale represented PAREXEL International Corporation—a leading global biopharmaceutical services organization—in a $750 million unsecured term loan and revolving credit facility, which closed on March 11, 2016.  The loan facility will be made available to PAREXEL International Corporation as well as its Dutch and Irish subsidiaries.
