WilmerHale Event: Special Opportunities for Real Estate Investments—A Washington Perspective

Speaking Engagement
As commercial real estate continues to be driven by Washington policy-makers for the near term, it pays to understand the rules and customs of the critical players and programs. This event will include a panel discussion, featuring attorneys from our Corporate, Real Estate and Regulatory Practices who have significant experience working with financial institutions. Topics to be discussed include investments in, and acquisitions of, banks; acquisitions of loans and owned real estate (including acquisitions directly from the FDIC and participation in PPIP and related programs); deal structures being employed by the FDIC, including in the recent Corus Bank loan sale; and other aspects of Washington's increasingly important role in commercial real estate.

WilmerHale will present this event. WilmerHale partner Russell Bruemmer and counsel Sara Kelsey will be featured speakers at this event and partner Paul Jakubowski will serve as moderator.
