This program, presented by The Institute of International Bankers, will provide an explanatory overview of the regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the US operations of internationally headquartered banks, including a description of the examination process. In addition to officers from the head office and those who have recently arrived in the US, the program will serve as an opportunity to all personnel of member banks who would benefit from a more thorough understanding of the US regulatory/compliance system.
