The Harvard Law School Mock Multi-Jurisdictional Patent Trial

Join us as we showcase mock patent trials litigating a common set of hypothetical facts under the different legal systems of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Each case will be presented in a mock trial format highlighting the differences among the approaches taken by the four jurisdictions. After each trial, a judge from the jurisdiction in question will present a judgment. At the end of the conference, the panelists and attendees will discuss the trials in an open forum. This is a rare opportunity to see judges and patent practitioners from the United States and Europe in action. We hope you will be able to participate.
