The ABA Section of Antitrust Law International Committee, Exemptions & Immunities Committee, and Joint Conduct Committee are pleased to present The FTAIA at the Supreme Court – Recent Developments in International Antitrust. In March, two petitions for certiorari were filed asking the US Supreme Court to review the application of the FTAIA to alleged foreign anticompetitive conduct. In the third panel of this series on the FTAIA, the faculty will explore these developments and recent decisions interpreting the FTAIA’s import commerce exclusion.
