The German-American Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Amerikanische Juristen-Vereinigung e.V. Berlin), working in conjunction with the "Media, Telecom, IP" division of the DAJV publishing company invite you to a presentation and discussion event at the offices of law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.

This event deals with the role of intellectual property law in the era of Google, MySpace, Wikipedia, Grokster, LINUX and Crowdsourcing, with a special focus on the US legal system. There, the discussion regarding ownership in digital content has been ongoing for many years, also within the context of legal disputes.
