WilmerHale Partner Yoon-Young Lee will serve as the moderator on a panel titled, “Investor Protection: Maintaining the Fairness of US Capital Markets.” The panel will discuss FINRA’s priorities for 2014, changes that may be made to the conflict review process, the future of a fiduciary standard of care, and new and continuing priorities that are expected in the next round of cycle examinations to ensure firms are in compliance with federal securities laws, rules and regulations.
