The Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society presents a look into the development and use of enforcement remedies adopted by the SEC since the 1980’s to oversee the securities industry. The panel discussion will be held at Martin Lipton Hall within Filomen D’Agostino Hall at NYU and will be broadcast live online at www.sechistorical.org.
The program is open to current SEC Historical Society donors and friends, current Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni, Inc., and NYU faculty, students, staff and guests.
