Northwestern Law School: 36th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Speaking Engagement
The Securities Regulation Institute, presented by Northwestern Law School, focused on the financial crisis and its weight on day-to-day life of corporate and securities law practitioners. The program is presented in part by senior SEC officials, allowing attorneys to hear from many of the regulators who are creating rules that govern their practice. Viewed as one of the top securities conferences in the country for 35 years, this Institute provides corporate lawyers and corporate counsel with a timely look at developments in securities law.

WilmerHale Partners Randall Lee and Meredith Cross were featured panelists at this conference. Randall spoke on a panel entitled, "Developments in Enforcement and Criminal Investigation" and Meredith spoke on a panel entitled, "Demands for More, Better, Faster Disclosure: Practical Guidance for Public Companies and their Advisors."
