Partner Richard Andersen spoke on a panel titled "Structuring a Mining Project." Using the appropriate investment vehicle for a mining project is a major decision which can be critical for a project’s ultimate success. This panel reviewed the optimal vehicles, including corporations, branches, joint ventures, partnerships, options, off-shore ‘sandwiches’ structures, depending on the nature and context of the project, its location and the location of the investor.
