It also addressed more advanced issues of interest to experienced practitioners, including current practice under the MEPA greenhouse gas policy requirements and other recent developments under integrated MEPA and permitting review, the groundbreaking Green Communities Act, and how new stormwater regulations and the Oceans Act fit with MEPA/NEPA.
