Jumpstart New Jersey's business plan competition opened July 1, 2003 for businesses seeking start-up funding. Executive summaries are due September 5, 2003. Semi-finalists will be announced on September 19, 2003 and the winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 7, 2003. The winner will be awarded $250,000 in initial funding.
