The Unilateral Conduct Working Group held an interactive workshop focused on assessing dominance/substantial market power and evaluating unilateral conduct. The agenda included moderated panel discussions and small group breakout sessions that drew upon case studies, the ICN's Recommended Practices on the analysis of dominance/substantial market power and state-created monopolies pursuant to unilateral conduct laws, and the group’s conduct work.
