During this ICC YAF conference, arbitration specialists will discuss the practical issues which arise when seeking interim measures before and during arbitration proceedings (both before national judges and arbitral tribunals), as well as their impact on the arbitration. They will also reflect on the Emergency Arbitrator provisions and their use to date by ICC practitioners.
