This event, presented by Harvard Law School APALSA, featured a panel of speakers who discussed the environmental injustice on APA and minority communities and highlighted the relationship between the legal, political, and social forces that influence economic decision making processes and their resultant environmental outcomes. This panel also focused on the legal action, policies, research, education, grassroots outreach, and alliance building which takes place throughout the environmental justice movement.

WilmerHale associate Tina Wu was a featured panelist at this event. She spoke on a panel entitled, "Why in our Backyard? Environmental Racism and Environmental Justice in APA Communities."
