Speakers from the regulated community, EPA and the environmental community will present updates on federal and regional programs to address climate change in the United States at this seminar. Speakers will also discuss the key issues in the implementation of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) such as the intersection between RGGI and developments at the federal level.
