In association with the Banking Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the Morin Center offers a National Institute on banking law entitled "Banking Law Basics", which provides practicing lawyers from around the country with an opportunity to study the subject of the basic laws and regulations governing banks and law banking regulation intensively over a three-day period.
