American Bar Association: The 11th Annual National Institute on the Banking Law Basics

Speaking Engagement
This fundamental banking law course, presented by the ABA, was developed to provide attendees with an understanding of the basic laws and regulations governing banks and bank holding companies. The course is a comprehensive introduction to banking law regulations for attorneys, consultants and bank professionals who intend to work in the field. It is also a refresher course for experienced banking law practitioners who practice in a limited area and will benefit from the broad exposure this institute provides. Also included is a two-hour segment on ethical considerations in the representation of banking organizations.

WilmerHale Counsel Sara Kelsey will be a featured speaker at this course.
