Partners James Lowe and Douglas Melamed were featured panelists at this annual two-day event presented by the American Bar Association. Panel sessions in which they participated were entitled "Intellectual Property and the Antitrust Review of Mergers and Acquisitions" and "'Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire': Deceptive Conduct by Dominant Firms: Implications for Antitrust and Consumer Protection," respectively.
