Partner Alan Wilson will take part in a session entitled, "CLE Program: PCAOB Developments" at the 2024 Federal Regulation of Securities Winter Meeting from December 5–6. The speakers will discuss key takeaways from the PCAOB’s NOCLAR roundtable and the re-opened comment period, and what stakeholders should be thinking about in preparation for a revised NOCLAR standard. The panel will also discuss additional recent PCAOB standard setting projects including the Firm and Engagement Metrics and Firm Reporting Proposals and the new Contributory Liability and Quality Control Standards.
