WilmerHale Counsel Shannon Morrissey will speak at the California Lawyers Association's 35th Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite, where she will join the panel "From Site to Stand: Leveraging Environmental Experts From Compliance to Courtroom."
The panel will cover the role consultants and experts play in environmental matters, from early site assessments through trial testimony. Panelists will discuss how to get the most from experts in compliance work and pre-suit negotiations, keep expert opinions admissible, prepare experts for deposition, avoid ethical pitfalls, and manage costs and confidentiality.
The conference is nationally recognized as California's largest and most prestigious gathering of environmental, land use and natural resources lawyers.
