Partner Bill McLucas, former Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, will moderate the Third Annual Judge Stanley Sporkin SEC Enforcement Panel.

This year the program will bring together current and former leaders of the SEC's enforcement program to discuss the SEC’s enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Stanley Sporkin’s role in events leading to passage of the statute, as well as the key challenges and priorities shaping securities enforcement today. Bill, who led the Division of Enforcement from 1989 to 1998, will moderate a panel featuring Stephanie Avakian, Group General Counsel and Head of GGC Office at Barclays; George Canellos, Partner at Milbank; Rob Khuzami, General Counsel at Guggenheim Partners; and David Woodcock, current Director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement.

Hosted by the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni (ASECA), the event supports the Judge Stanley Sporkin Memorial ASECA Endowed Scholarship, honoring Judge Sporkin's lasting contributions to securities law and inspiring future generations of securities law practitioners.
