Partner Neena Shenai will speak at the Federal Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section’s 2026 Art & Fashion Law Conference. The conference brings together two global industries in a focused program examining key legal issues at the intersection of art, fashion and commerce.

Her session, “Trade Wind or Trade Wars? Navigating Global Commerce in the Trump Era,” will take place on the second day of the conference, Friday, April 24 from 12 to 1 p.m. The panel will examine current international trade challenges affecting the fashion industry, including shifting regulations, tariffs, and compliance strategies, and offer practical guidance for navigating the evolving global trade landscape.
