Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting its Corporate Governance Master Class on Monday, February 23 in New York. This year’s program will highlight the fast-moving market, legal and regulatory developments that directors, officers and their advisers face (and may face in the coming year), as well as provide practical guidance on how to successfully address them.
Partner Lillian Brown is co-chairing the event and will be joined by fellow co-chair Thomas Kim to kick off the event with opening remarks. Later in the program, Partner Alan Wilson will moderate the panel, “Selected Audit Committee Priorities for 2026.”
