Counsel Nadja Al Kanawati will moderate a panel on private client arbitration at the below40 pre-event to the Vierlaenderkonferenz on Thursday, November 20 in Munich, Germany. This year’s event, titled “Families, Fortunes, and Foreign Policy – Challenges for Arbitration Practitioners Across Borders,” will include sessions focused on issues of both private and public international law in international arbitration disputes.
Ms. Al Kanawati will take part in the panel, “Family and Estate Arbitration – Private Client Disputes in the DACHLI Region” to explore the role of arbitration in resolving high-value disputes involving estates, family businesses, foundations and trusts.
