Partner Jonathan Lim will speak on a panel titled, "Illegitimate/parallel proceedings as abuse of process" the Abuse of Process in International Arbitration Conference at King's College on November 20. The conversation will discuss various proceedings, including criminal proceedings aimed at putting pressure on arbitration proceedings, multiple parallel proceedings and proceedings initiated by third parties, among others.
Mr. Lim will be joined by co-speakers Jan Kleinheisterkamp and Olena Perepelyntska, and the discussion will be chaired by Dr. Manuel Penades.
