Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting its Twenty-Third Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance on Monday, November 17 in New York. This year’s program will highlight the questions and issues that Boards must grapple with in a constantly evolving environment, including governance and shareholder activism, oversight of cybersecurity, privacy and AI, and ongoing criminal and regulatory concerns.
Partner Lillian Brown is co-chairing the event and will be joined by fellow co-chairs Catherine Dearlove and Francesca Odell to kick off the event with opening remarks. Later in the program, Partner Preet Bharara will moderate the panel, “Criminal and Regulatory Enforcement Concerns for Corporate Directors.”
