Partner and Co-Chair of our Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Practice, Peggy Otum will participate in a panel titled “The State of State Compliance & Enforcement,” at the Environmental Council of the States’ 2025 Fall Meeting in Santa Fe on September 4 from 11:35 a.m. – 12:25 p.m.
The panel will explore how state regulatory programs can strengthen compliance and enforcement efforts through innovative approaches and technologies—particularly crucial as state agencies navigate changes at the federal level.
