Topics of discussion will include:
- the reach of trade secret claims and damages beyond our borders under the Defend Trade Secrets Act;
- recent disputes over how to calculate categories of damages, including current circuit splits over unjust enrichment;
- recent decisions on preliminary and permanent injunctions; and
- attorney’s fees and punitive damages.
