Topics of discussion will include:

• the reach of trade secret claims and damages beyond our borders under the Defend Trade Secrets Act;
• recent disputes over how to calculate categories of damages, including current circuit splits over unjust enrichment;
• recent decisions on preliminary and permanent injunctions; and
• attorney’s fees and punitive damages.
