On May 7, WilmerHale Counsel Holly Ovington participated in a webinar presented by the American Bar Association titled “DOJ/FTC Labor Antitrust Guidance 2.0: What's New?”

In light of the January 2025 release of the DOJ and FTC's "Antitrust Guidelines on Business Practices that Impact Workers," this program provided an overview of the latest legal developments in this area and addressed how the agencies' approach to wage-fixing, no-poach agreements, noncompete clauses, and information sharing had evolved over time—especially in the context of franchising.

A recording of this program will be available to Section members on the "On Demand Videos" webpage.
