Partners Charlie Caher and Jonathan Lim will speak at the Tenth Annual Cambridge Arbitration Day on April 26 in Cambridge, England. Hosted at the historic Clare College, this year’s conference provides a full day of panels and discussions with leading arbitration practitioners focused on the theme, “The 2020s and Beyond: Crises, Climate, and Technology.”

Charlie Caher will serve as a panelist for the discussion titled “The Modernised ECT: Climate Change, Arbitration, and the Energy Transition,” where he will address the modernised ECT amendment approved on December 3, 2024, and its key amendments. 

Jonathan Lim will serve as a panelist for the discussion titled “Arbitrating the Algorithmic Age: Challenges and Opportunities in Technology Disputes,” where he will address the valuation challenges that arise from the difficulty of determining the value of crypto assets and inconsistencies in asset valuation methodologies.
