Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting its Twenty-Second Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance on Monday, November 25 in New York. This year’s program will highlight the questions and issues that Boards must grapple with in a constantly evolving environment, including risk management, succession, executive compensation, disclosure and responsiveness, new laws and regulations, and changes to expect looking ahead.
