On Thursday, November 14, Partner Caroline Dotolo and Special Counsel Matthew Beville will participate in sessions at The PIPEs Conference 2024, which brings together business leaders in private investment in public equity from around the world.
Matthew Beville will host a presentation entitled, "PIPEs and the SEC's Approach to Broker/Dealer Issues: Key Case Studies," and will discuss recent industry updates, including the impact of the Supreme Court's recent ruling in SEC v. Jarkesy on PIPE fund strategies. Caroline Dotolo will join a roundtable discussion entitled, "Discussion of the NVCA’s New Model Deal Forms for PIPEs." She joins fellow legal professionals in a conversation surrounding the National Venture Capital Association’s model legal documents, their uses and how they change over time.
