The Antitrust and Competition team at WilmerHale is pleased to present the next installment of The Quick Look, our series of 30-minute webinars designed to provide timely antitrust insights for 2024 and beyond. The upcoming session will focus on current developments at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property (IP) law.

Featured speakers will include WilmerHale Partners Mark Ford and Marissa Lalli, Counsel Holly Ovington and Senior Associate Bryce Freeman. Topics will include the FTC’s recent actions against pharmaceutical patent rights—including challenges to Orange Book listings and the promotion of “march-in rights”—and a pivotal Second Circuit ruling which endorses a definition of pharmaceutical antitrust markets so narrow as to encompass nothing more than a single patented invention.

During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions online. CLE credit will be provided.

*CLE credit is not available for those who watch a recording of the webinar.
