Practising Law Institute (PLI) is hosting its Twenty-First Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance on Monday, November 27 in New York. This year’s program will highlight the questions and issues that Boards must grapple with in a constantly evolving environment, including risk management, succession, executive compensation, disclosure and responsiveness, new laws and regulations, and changes to expect looking ahead.
Lily Brown will co-chair the program.
Preet Bharara will serve as the moderator, while Stephanie Avakian will be a speaker on the panel “Criminal and Regulatory Enforcement Concerns for Corporate Directors”.
