WilmerHale Partners Lily Brown and Preet Bharara are participating in PLI’s Twentieth Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance.

At the Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance, leading corporate governance experts — directors, government officials, corporate counsel, and consultants — will share their perspectives on successfully navigating the fast-changing regulatory environment, and the steps boards will want to consider taking to meet these ever changing expectations and pressures.

Lily Brown is a chairperson of the program and will be participate in the Opening Remarks. Later in the day, Preet Bharara will be moderating the panel “Criminal and Regulatory Enforcement Concerns for Corporate Directors.”
