The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section is hosting its Fifth Merger Practice Workshop in Washington, DC on May 19, 2022. This one-day workshop will provide antitrust practitioners and government enforcers an immersive experience, covering all aspects of merger review, from deal inception to conclusion.

Partner Jennifer Milici will speak on a panel titled “Best Practices and Common Pitfalls” from 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. before taking part in “Demonstration IV: Agency Front Office Advocacy, Litigation and Remedy,” beginning at 2:00 p.m. Ms. Milici will also speak on a panel titled "Voting, Final Meeting, and Verdict" from 3:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
