- the current ESG disclosure landscape, with particular focus on shareholder proposal trends and current company disclosures with regard to board diversity, human capital, climate and cybersecurity;
- the core elements of the SEC’s recently proposed climate disclosure rules and how companies can prepare for disclosure requirements that may be required under these proposed rules, if adopted; and
- governance oversight considerations with regard to ESG matters.
