WilmerHale is excited to announce an upcoming series on Antitrust and Competition developments in 2021. This series will focus on how best to anticipate and navigate antitrust risk in the new Biden-Harris Administration. During these short 30-minute sessions, we’ll offer our views on what’s likely to come from the FTC, DOJ, state attorneys general, and the Hill in 2021, as well as best practices for engaging with antitrust enforcers.
