The PTAB Trials Committee of the PTAB Bar Association is hosting a webinar on PTAB Remote Hearing Best Practices. In view of the USPTO’s March 13, 2020 update transitioning all PTAB oral hearings to remote hearings, practitioners may have questions or concerns about new remote processes and what they mean for oral argument.
A panel of practitioners—including WilmerHale Partner Greg Lantier—who have recently presented audio and video remote hearings before the PTAB, will provide insights on the Board’s requirements and experience with the Board’s IT staff, and will reflect on their experiences and offer practical tips. Partner Joshua Stern will moderate the panel.
