The topic of the workshop is “Guerrilla Tactics in International Arbitration.” It will start with two panel sessions composed of experienced arbitration practitioners on Guerrilla Tactics and Advocacy in international arbitration and will be followed by mock opening statements sessions, during which the participants will be able to test their oral advocacy skills before mock arbitral tribunals.
