The Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) Conference offers attendees the chance to better understand the future path of America’s economy, as well as ask any questions they may have about the present. The LSTA Conference uses both presentations and panel discussions to bring to light confusing topics about the global economy, such as the trade war, the leveraged loan market and credit trends. The conference’s goal is to give an inside peak into not only America’s economic future, but the world’s, by bringing some of the most talented speakers in the field. LSTA hopes to promote a fair, orderly, efficient and growing corporate loan market while advancing and balancing the interests of all market participants. 

During the conference, WilmerHale Partner Yoon-Young Lee will speak on the panel “If Loans Were Securities,” discussing how a New York federal court is considering whether Term Loan Bs are actually “securities.”
