The DC Bar Antitrust and Consumer Law Institute is day-long program for both public and private sector antitrust and consumer protection attorneys to hear from experienced practitioners and other knowledgeable panelists. The event will feature sessions highlighting federal and state law enforcement priorities and trends, as well as two program tracks covering the hottest topics and most current issues in the antitrust and consumer protection fields.

Partner Jonathan Paikin will join a panel to discuss emerging trends in consumer financial products and highlight the consumer protection issues in financial products, any legislative initiatives being undertaken and the types of enforcement efforts.
