2nd Annual Who's Who Legal Future Leaders: Arbitration Conference

Speaking Engagement

Global Arbitration Review is once again teaming up with Who’s Who Legal for an event dedicated to the future leaders in the field of international arbitration. The conference will feature speakers who have been identified for their exceptional counsel and arbitration work in complex international proceedings and are among the best of their generation.

Senior Associate Dharshini Prasad will participate as a debater in the GAR Live debate. In Oxford Union style, the teams of debaters will argue in favor of or against the motion “This house believes the rise of new regional arbitral seats and institutions will change international arbitration for the better." A panel of judges will then voice opinions on what has been heard, before choosing which side to support and giving reasons for their decisions.
