The annual St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPBILF), founded in 2011, is organized under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. Over the years, the SPBILF has emerged as one of the leading global platforms to discuss contemporary legal issues, bringing together more than 4,500 participants from more than 90 countries, including representatives from governments, courts, corporations and law firms.

WilmerHale Special Counsel Dr. Maxi Scherer will participate on the panel “Reforming Investor-State Dispute Settlement” with the Deputy Ministers of Justice of both the Russian Federation and Belarus, as well as the Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), among others.
