Our first webinar will be an overview of the current state of play in Washington DC, and subsequent programs will address industry-specific issues affecting the energy, financial services and technology sectors. We will also provide an update on how state attorneys general are dovetailing or differentiating their activities based on agendas at the federal level. Lastly, there are some meaningful agency developments impacting specific areas of law, and updates in those areas will be forthcoming throughout the year.
